We stayed in one their rooms with a private jaquzzi. The room and bathroom were small, but terrace with the jaquzzi really made up for the room. We had a small table, two chairs, two very nice sunloungers and a large umbrella. |The staff was very nice and even though there was a small language barrier, it didn’t matter, everything went smoothly. The hotel was clean. Parking was convenient in front of the hotel. The lido was nice, good bar & snacks, nice area for sunloungers and easy access to the sea, showers available at the lido for 50 cents. |We would have given a better rating if the breakfast area had proper aircon, the bed was a bit softer and a bit more room in the bathroom.

We went for the Miramare hotel as we wanted to end our week tripping around Puglia with a day or 2 on the beach to relax. It was well priced and looked really nice. It is all of those things in the flesh and in fact we were given rooms with large balconies with sun loungers (probably because it was out of season). The rooms are large and they’d provided a cot for our young son free of charge. The breakfasts are amazing; fresh fruit and baking including cakes and tarts along with the more traditional breakfast fare. The staff were fantastic. But the location of the hotel isn’t the best in terms of tourism. There’s nothing much in the immediate vicinity in terms of restaurants and the hotel’s own lido is a patch of sand on the rocks where you swim off a small jetty. There are nice spots up and down the coast from there a short drive away but the immediate vicinity isn’t brilliant. So you need a car, but this hotel is a good base to explore from.

We stayed recently for 4 days in Hotel Miramare. There is really nothing to complain about. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, the room was basic but clean. The hotel staff was friendly, they speak little English but it is not that difficult to communicate. We had a bottle of complimentary Prosecco on arrival. The breakfast was basic with lots of tarts and cakes but everything was fresh and good. It is 10 min drive to Gallipoli, we had a rental car so transportation was easy otherwise it is a little bit out of way. Overall it was a comfortable stay, I would easily recommend the place.

We stayed in the Diamond room with the terrace and hot tub. Our bags were carried for us, and a bottle of chilled Prosseco was waiting for us in the room. Although not much English is spoken we were able to understand and make ourselves understood, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and decorated to a high standard, and the room was very comfortable with a large, comfy bed. The bathroom and shower were good. The only hiccups were that there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and the toiletries were a bit meagre - only shower gel - which is fine once you know you have to bring your own shampoo. ||||Everyone in the hotel was as helpful as they could be and very friendly, but a special mention has to be made for Odette who served us breakfast every morning. Her English was very good, and her warm smile lit up the room - and again she could not have been more helpful.||||If you are following a sat nav to find the hotel, programme it to look in Sannicola not Galipolli - and until you find signs to the hotel head towards Lido Conchiglie.||||We enjoyed our stay - the hot tub was very welcome after days sightseeing, and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in their suite with a private jacuzzi pool on the balcony.|The views and the Jacuzzi were definitely the highlight of the room, something taken straight from an hotel of a much higher category (and price), unforgettable. The room itself was clean and the furniture pretty new, but nothing special I would say.|The staff was very friendly and polite. If I have to find a downside, the breakfast can be improved.

This hotel has nothing wrong with it really other than perhaps the manager - he seemed to try too hard with us and I didn't like it. ||Room had a nice balcony with Seaview. ||All Italian hotels seem to like dimpsy lighting- nothing too bright. ||Breakfast was ok- lots of sweet things as Italians seem to like. ||Gallipoli is a great place to visit. We really enjoyed our stay at Miramare and the Gallipoli area. The hotel is actually about a 15 minute drive to Gallipoli Storio Centro, but is located in a nice area (Conchiglie Alto Lido). The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, located on a quiet street. Our room was on a lower floor, but with a balcony and a (somewhat obstructed) view of the sea. We found easy parking on the street right in front of the hotel and the hotel also has a locked lot in which one can park. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though there was, at times, a bit of a language barrier, as we don't know too much Italian. We felt welcome, to say the least. I am not sure if the owner caters to all of the guests, but we definitely felt like our stay was important to him. He personally helped with restaurant reservations in Gallipoli and we certainly felt that we received special/expedited treatment at the restaurant. The whole visit to Gallipoli was one of the highlights of our "road trip" around Italy. We also enjoyed the little market and panetteria located just down the hill from the hotel and near the hotel's private beach.

We made a last minute booking by phone, 30 minutes prior to our arrival and got a very low fare for 2 rooms. The rooms are very clean and nice. After a trip to the marvellous city of Gallipoli, we spontaneously decided to spend an additional night at the hotel and the staff was very flexible accommodating us, even that one of us had to be relocated into another room. The breakfast was quite basic, but of good quality. In general, the staff is very welcoming and attentive.
